How we store your information
Order and tracking data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). Quote form submissions are delivered directly to our business email via Web3Forms. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Order tracking
Our public order tracking page displays your order reference, product, and delivery status so you can check progress without contacting us. It does not display your phone number, email, or delivery address.
